Who says exercise can’t be fun? Certainly not us! In fact, we believe that exercise should be enjoyable. That’s why we’ve put together this list of fun ways to get moving. From dancing to hiking to playing tag, there’s something for everyone on this list. So grab your friends and get active!

1. Dancing: not only is dancing a great way to get your heart rate up, but it’s also a lot of fun! Whether you’re busting a move in your living room or hitting the dance floor at a club, you’re sure to have a good time. Try out different dance exercises including Zumba, salsa, and line dancing.

2. Hiking: exploring nature is a great way to get some exercise, and there are plenty of trails to choose from depending on your level of fitness. Online, you can usually find beautiful hikes near where you live. They also list how long and how difficult the trails may be, so choose one based on your level of fitness.

3. Roller skating: this classic activity is back and is perfect for getting some cardio in while having fun. And if you don’t know how to skate, it’s easy to learn! Rollerblading is another option that some people prefer.
